Visit the full FAQYes. There is no setup fee and no monthly subscription. Creating projects, sharing previews, and using the creator tools costs nothing — Paytograph only earns a small fee when a client pays you.
It depends on the payment size: a flat ₦350 for payments below ₦10,000, a flat ₦750 for payments from ₦10,000 to ₦24,999, and 5% for payments of ₦25,000 or more. The 5% fee is capped at ₦2,500, so large payments never cost more than that.
Yes. A project must be at least ₦5,000. Anything below that can't be published, which keeps the flat fees fair on small payments — try the calculator above to see the breakdown.
Only when a client payment succeeds. If a client previews your work but never pays, you pay nothing. The fee comes out of the payment automatically, so there is nothing extra to settle.
Yes. The exact fee for your project amount is shown before you publish, so there are no surprises when the money comes in.
Your net earnings land in your Paytograph wallet as soon as the client's payment is confirmed. From there you can withdraw to your verified bank account.
